Right of withdrawal
Requires an active action in sense of a notice from Buyer to Seller within 14 days after the delivery has been received. Buyer must send goods back in full without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notification of the right of withdrawal has been given to Seller. The goods must be unopened and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return. The product prize is credited. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the goods are not returned in same conditions and quantity as delivered – the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Warranty/complaints in case of manufacturing defects
1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. ShipMed AS can choose to repair or replace. If the product cannot be repaired, the product is replaced and sent free of charge to the Buyer. Warranty for consumables (forbruksvarer) is valid for 2 months after goods received final delivery place.
Claims for transport damage
It is Buyer’s duty to report any damage directly to the driver on receiving of goods. Buyer must also give notice to ShipMed AS the same day that the item is received. Without notice to ShipMed AS, the right to claim transport damage will expire. ShipMed AS will replace goods and send new goods after the return of damaged goods is approved.
Complaints for delivery of wrong quantity, wrong product
Must be reported within 5 working days of received goods to delivery place. ShipMed AS is responsible for transport cost for the returned goods.
Missing items
Must be reported within 5 working days of received goods. If final destination is different from ShipMed AS delivery address and Shipmed AS has been informed of this, missing items must be reported to ShipMed AS within 35 days of ShipMed AS delivery to original place of delivery.
We will then replace the missing goods free of cost and transportation to original place of delivery.
